Affiliate Links

I do lots of stuff on the internet, including making money. That’s how I pay some of my bills.  So occasionally I may review things, services, other sites or products and link to them.  Usually if I link out to a site that is selling something, then that link is an affiliate link.

Affiliate links are pretty common nowadays, but if you don’t know what that means: basically I am referring a site visitor to another site and that site is paying me a small commission to provide them with a new a visitor (and potential customer).  It doesn’t cost the visitor anything extra, usually it comes out of the profit margin for the seller.

My intent is not to try and profit from unsuspecting readers, but I hope that if someone found a review or recommendation useful and maybe it even saved them time or money, then they might purchase their product/service through my affiliate link as a sort of exchange.
